TREMONT LENDING PRIVACY POLICY
Tremont Lending takes the privacy of our customers very seriously, not only as a
matter of ethics, but also as a means to help ensure compliance with the
provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. To that end, we want you to understand
what information we collect and how it is used. The following policy is how our
company manages the collection, use, retention, and security of both public and
nonpublic personal information gathered during the application process.
By giving us your email address and/or mobile phone number, you consent to having us send you emails
related to your application with us, as well as reminders about your account,
and/or past applications. These may include communications related to:
Applications that are incomplete, denied, or withdrawn
Loans that are paid in full.
Reminders of payments made, or coming due.
You will have the ability to unsubscribe from these emails and/or mobile phone number at any time, through a link included on every email or text.
We may collect "nonpublic personal information" about you from the following
sources: Information we receive from you on applications or other loan forms,
such as your name, address, social security number, assets and income;
Information about your loan transactions with us, such as your payment history
and loan balances; and Information we receive from third parties, such as
consumer reporting agencies and other lenders, regarding your creditworthiness
and credit history. "Nonpublic personal information" is information about you,
not generally known to the public, or obtainable through other public means,
that we obtain in connection with providing
an installment
loan to you or the list
derived using that information. For example, as noted above, nonpublic personal
information includes your social security number, payment history, and the like.

visited, length of user session, etc., to evaluate the usefulness of our site.
We may use a software "cookie" when you access our websites. No "cookie" will

be read by a web site other than the one that set the "cookie". You can set your
web browser to inform you when "cookies" are set or to prevent "cookies" from
being set.)
We take steps to safeguard this customer information:
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information
about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide a cash
advance to you.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural
safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal
information.
Once information is no longer needed, it is destroyed
in a safe, confidential manner.
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption to
encode and decode any information that is sent over the Internet between your
computer and our server. Anyone "listening in" on the data transmission would
hear only unintelligible gibberish.
We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to
third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose nonpublic
personal information about your
installment
loan to consumer reporting agencies, to
other companies in connection with a business acquisition or sale, or when
legally required, to government entities, as in response to subpoenas, or in
connection with litigation or fraud investigation. Moreover, we may disclose all
of the nonpublic personal information about you that we collect, as described
above, to financial service providers that perform services on our behalf, such
as the financial institution that processes our ACH transactions. Such
information sharing is made as necessary to effect, administer and enforce the
installment
loan you request or authorize.
Otherwise, if you have given us additional permission to do so, by opting-in,
either explicitly, or by giving us your email address, we may email or mail you
information about third party offers, except as restricted by law. You may opt out of
receiving third party offers and/or more information about our products, by
